Podcast 124. The subject is honest expression toward women you find attractive. I use Bruce Lee as the reference point for the standard. No filter. No hidden agenda. Say the thing you actually feel, cleanly, without the extra performance that is supposed to make the truth safer.
A filter feels like manners and often functions as concealment. You compliment the safe detail. You ask the safe question. You wait for her to offer the attraction so you never have to claim it. She experiences a pleasant man with nothing at stake. Honest expression puts the stake on the table in a sentence she can accept or refuse. Both answers are better than a half-hour of camouflage.
A hidden agenda is the other leak. You say you want to talk, and you mean you want the date, and you hope she will not notice the gap. She notices. The gap is the tension people call "something off." Close the gap. Want the conversation you are actually having. If you want the date, let the date be visible in how you speak.
This is not a licence to dump every thought. Bruce Lee's point, as I am using it, is economy and truth together. One clean sentence beats a nervous essay. The cover is an open hand because the gesture matches the speech. Nothing palmed.
Recorded as a later episode, and the instruction has not softened. Say what you mean to the woman in front of you. Let her answer the real man. The filtered version was never going to be chosen anyway.
