This episode is a student talking. His point, early and plainly, is that the material is real. It is not a soft version of the work. I am leaving him unnamed here. The recording is the place to hear him.
I get asked for proof in the form of a montage. A montage is easy to fake and easy to watch without changing anything. A man sitting down and saying what the training did to his actual week is harder to sit through, and it is the better evidence. Listen for whether he is describing sets, decisions, and discomfort, or whether he is only praising me. Praise is useless. The description of what he did differently is the episode.
"Changed my life" is a large phrase and men use it too fast. The useful reading is smaller. Did his behaviour change on the street. Did he stop negotiating with himself every afternoon. Did the work stop being a video he watched and start being a day he lived. That is the change I care about, and it is what I want you listening for.
The cover is a hand on a shoulder because that is the relationship. Coaching, not a crowd. One man, one account.
If you are deciding whether any of this is real, do not decide from my voice alone. Hear a student who has done the hours say what the hours were. Then compare it with the soft version you were hoping the work would be. He is there to close that gap.
