Provide only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Before sending another person's information or a recording, make sure you have the necessary rights and permissions. Private coaching material requires an agreed submission process.
If you email us, your address, message, attachments and delivery information may be used to respond, discuss a requested service, administer that service and handle related records or disputes. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Free PDFs and email access
Enter your email to receive a one-time access code. The recipient address and your update preference appear in our Gmail sent-mail record. No subscriber database is used. Codes expire after ten minutes. An encrypted access credential in browser local storage remembers access for up to 30 days; a short-lived secure cookie is used to verify the code. Sign out on shared devices.
Access emails are sent through Gmail. Updates, free material and subscriber discounts are optional: the checkbox starts selected and can be unticked before requesting a code. The access email records your preference and whether the selection was left at its default or actively chosen. To withdraw that consent, reply with Unsubscribe or contact us. Requesting a login code does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Access credentials are encrypted and checked by the server. Vercel request limits process technical request information to protect the email form from repeated requests. Browser storage also remembers popup dismissal. Do not share your login code or access credential.
2. Visiting the website
Page, image and PDF requests pass through Vercel hosting infrastructure. Technical information can include your IP address, requested URL, browser details, request time and security or diagnostic data. It is used to deliver the site and detect faults or abuse. See the Vercel privacy notice.
The website has no on-site payment form, analytics tag or advertising pixel. Reading a public article does not require you to email us or activate a video.
3. Services you choose to use
Pressing play loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player and connects your browser to Google or YouTube. They receive technical information and may use storage under their policies. Privacy-enhanced mode is not anonymous viewing. See Google's privacy policy.
Opening the Gmail enquiry link passes the recipient address and template to Google; it does not send a message. Copying the contact address places it on your clipboard. You choose whether to send an email.
Lulu, Thinkific, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other linked services have their own privacy notices. Their checkout, account and payment processing happens outside this website. Review the relevant notice before providing information. The website itself has no payment-card collection form.
4. Use, sharing and storage
Where required, processing relies on legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, responding to enquiries and handling claims; steps or contracts you request; applicable legal obligations; or specific consent where necessary.
Relevant recipients include hosting and email providers, service providers involved in a requested purchase, and advisers or authorities where disclosure is necessary and lawful. Providers may process information internationally. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the services and locations involved.
Retention depends on the purpose: resolving enquiries, administering services, investigating incidents and meeting applicable recordkeeping and legal-claim periods. Information is not kept indefinitely merely because it was submitted. Provider log and backup settings affect technical retention. No website or email system guarantees absolute security.
5. Your choices and requests
You can read without activating third-party media and control browser storage through your browser settings. The website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Activated media and hosting functions may use storage. Visiting the website is not blanket consent to optional tracking.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn for future consent-based processing. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions; deletion is not automatic where records must lawfully be retained.
Send a specific request to anthony.hustlex@gmail.com. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before personal information can be disclosed. These rights are not waived by using the website.
6. Scope
