1. Who you are dealing with
This notice is for anthonyhustle.com and messages sent to Anthony Hustle. The public name is Anthony Hustle. No personal legal name, home address or private mailbox is published. Privacy contact: anthony.hustlex@gmail.com. We do not publish a company number or street address on this site. German law is the law we apply to this notice, together with EU data-protection rules that German law carries.
The site is for adults. Do not send a child's information. Using the site, requesting a PDF code or emailing us is enough for us to process what you send for the purposes below.
2. What you send us
If you email or use the contact options, we use your address, message, attachments and delivery data to reply, to discuss a product or coaching request, and to keep a record if there is a dispute. An enquiry is not a newsletter signup.
Send only what is needed. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other people's private recordings unless you have every right to do so. Coaching material is accepted only through a process we agree in writing.
3. Free PDFs
You enter an email to get a one-time code. The address and your update preference sit in our Gmail sent-mail record. There is no separate subscriber database. Codes expire after ten minutes. An encrypted credential in browser storage can remember access for up to 30 days. A short-lived cookie is used to check the code. On a shared machine, clear this browser's storage. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile before a code is sent. Cloudflare sees that check. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
The updates checkbox starts selected. Untick it if you do not want optional updates or discount mail. To stop those messages, reply Unsubscribe or write to us. Asking for a login code is not, by itself, a marketing signup.
4. Visiting the site
Requests go through Vercel. They can see IP address, URL, browser data, time and security logs. That is used to run the site and stop abuse. See the Vercel privacy notice.
This website has no payment form, analytics tag or advertising pixel of its own. Reading a public page does not require email. Pressing play loads the Rumble player. Rumble may process viewing and device data and show advertising. See Rumble's privacy policy.
BitChute, Lulu, Thinkific, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other outbound services have their own notices. Their checkout is not on this site. We do not take card numbers here.
5. Use, sharing and how long we keep it
We use information to run the site, answer you, deliver free-PDF access, defend claims and meet any record we decide we need. Recipients can include hosting, email, a seller you chose to pay, and advisers or authorities when we think disclosure is necessary.
We keep enquiry and access records as long as we want for disputes, abuse and our own administration. We do not promise deletion on demand where we still want the file. Provider backups and logs are outside our full control. No email or host is perfectly secure. You accept that risk.
6. Requests
You can read without pressing play. You can clear your own browser storage. We do not run our own analytics cookies.
If German or EU law gives you access, correction or deletion rights, write to anthony.hustlex@gmail.com and say exactly what you want. We may ask you to prove who you are. We may refuse a request that is vague, repetitive, abusive or that would wipe a record we are keeping for a dispute or a sale. Using the site does not create extra rights beyond whatever law already applies to you. You may complain to the competent data protection authority in Germany.
7. Changes
We can change this notice at any time by updating this page. The Terms and conditions control purchases, refunds and liability. They are one-sided on purpose. Read them before you pay.
