Some things I thought I had explained were not clear enough. Teaching, travelling, reviewing infields and having more experience exposed those gaps. That is the reason I give for writing The Missing Chapters in this book-review recording.

What was missing?

I begin with the difference between following the system and following your own altered version of it. The first chapter includes a student's bootcamp review and a comparison between what a learner thinks he is doing and what happens in practice.

I then introduce the flat-staircase analogy for measuring progress. It concerns the stages of the process and the changes in conversion between them. The recording gives the outline, while the detailed explanation belongs in the book. The underlying point is that you need to know where the process is breaking down before you can improve it.

Connecting the pieces

Another part of the review concerns frame control. I describe recognising a sequence in my own behaviour that I had previously explained as separate concepts. The update sets out how those pieces connect.

The book also addresses the Male Leader Frame in Feminine Cultures, the Characteristics of a Dream Woman and the Straight Line Seduction Masterplan. These are among the subjects listed in the catalogue for the volume.

The Missing Chapters builds on the earlier work while also being available as a standalone book. Watch the review above for the chapter overview, then visit The Missing Chapters for the description and sample. The value of an update is in the questions it answers more clearly, rather than simply adding another title to a shelf.
