This is the SDL challenge debrief. Three students. The window runs from February through the end of summer 2019. The same recording also sits on the channel under the title about talking to my top students. I am treating this page as the challenge itself.

Same day means same day. The challenge was not "have a nice conversation and text her next week." It was a stretch of months where these men had to push interactions to the close on the day, and then come back and say what happened. Polk Mahon, Space, and Hoff are the three in the conversation. Hear their names from the episode rather than from a summary that flattens them into "students."

A debrief is only useful if the men tell you the sets that stalled. Anyone can announce a result. The training is in the day they thought they were close and were not, and in what they changed the next morning. That is why I wanted them on the mic together instead of writing three victory posts.

The cover has a calendar that says today because the constraint is the point. A challenge with no date on it turns into a mood. This one had a season, a rule, and men who had to live inside it.

If you have been "working on game" without a result you can point to, borrow the constraint before you borrow another tactic. Same day. A real stretch of time. Then tell the truth about how it went. The episode is that telling.
