The title asks the wrong question. Making an interaction sexual is easy. Say something sexual. That does not mean the woman likes it, trusts you or wants anything to happen.
The useful question is how to create a sexual connection based on trust. That extra part changes the entire discussion.
You are not trying to shock a stranger. You are trying to communicate attraction honestly and find out whether it is shared.
Stop trying to look smooth
Men watch an interaction going well and conclude that the seducer possesses some mysterious quality called smoothness. Then they try to become smooth themselves.
Usually this means becoming more careful. They want the perfect line, delivered at the perfect moment, with no possibility of rejection. They keep waiting for the interaction to become completely safe.
My objection is that this can turn into a very elaborate way of hiding. You are attracted to her, but you spend the conversation trying to avoid revealing the one thing that brought you over.
She is not reading the private explanation in your head. She is experiencing what you actually communicate.
I would rather be clear and risk discovering that she is not interested than preserve an ambiguous conversation indefinitely. Rejection is a possible answer. You do not become a better seducer by making the question impossible to hear.
Say something you actually mean
Honesty is the centre of this episode. What you think, what you say and how you behave should fit together.
If you have just met a woman, you do not know that she has an extraordinary personality. You may know that you find her attractive. Start with what is true instead of inventing a sophisticated reason for wanting to talk to her.
That does not require crude language or an invasive remark. You can tell someone that she looks attractive in a friendly, matter-of-fact way. The point is that you mean it and can stand behind it.
In my system, Hustlerisms express that attraction in language that belongs in the interaction. They are not a collection of magic passwords. Their purpose is to make your interest clear without turning the conversation into a performance designed to impress an imaginary audience.
Your delivery is part of the message
The same words can communicate very different things. A man says something direct, then laughs nervously, looks away and immediately takes it back. Another man says it comfortably and gives her room to answer.
The words alone do not explain the difference.
I distinguish verbal communication from nonverbal communication because beginners often try to copy the latter before they are comfortable with the former. They want the look, the tone and the effortless presence without having any experience of expressing their interest directly.
Start with honest words you can deliver naturally. Pay attention to whether your behaviour contradicts them. Repetition gives you opportunities to become more comfortable, but it does not remove the need to listen.
A connection requires her participation
There is a crucial condition in the argument. She reciprocates the attraction. That is what turns your expression of interest into a connection between two people.
Your honesty does not oblige her to feel the same way. Nor does a friendly response establish agreement to physical intimacy. If the interest is absent, you have your answer. Trying to force the interaction to match your preferred story defeats the point of being direct.
The beginning matters because it establishes what kind of conversation you are having. Make your interest understandable. Let her response matter. Then continue with the same honesty you started with.
You do not need to become a magician. You need to stop disguising the fact that you are a man who finds her attractive.
